Terms of Service & Privacy

Effective October 18, 2026 · Services for business customers only

Part 1 — Terms of Service · Part 2 — Privacy Policy & Legal Notice

Part 1 — Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the KinoEngine services provided by Seobooster Ltd. (“Seobooster”, “we”): the production of videos from the articles on the customer’s website (the “Customer”) and their publication on the Customer’s YouTube channel.

Seobooster Ltd. is a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius, Business Registration Number (BRN) C23201718, with its registered office at Chantenay, Moka, Mauritius.

2. Business customers only

The services are available only to businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade or business: companies, self-employed professionals and website publishers. Before subscribing, the Customer declares that it is acting for business purposes; this declaration is recorded together with its date. Rights and remedies reserved to consumers, such as withdrawal (cooling-off) rights and consumer mediation, therefore do not apply.

3. Customer account and order

The Customer opens an account on the website with its email address. The subscription is formed when the Customer pays its first installment online, which constitutes acceptance of these terms. The prices and plan contents are those displayed at the time of payment.

4. Free video

Each new Customer may request one free video, and only one, based on the article of its choice. No credit card is required. The video is delivered to the Customer’s account, usually within 2 hours and no later than 24 hours, together with its thumbnail, title, description and tags. The rights to it are assigned to the Customer upon delivery, without payment. It does not commit the Customer to any subscription. If the Customer is not satisfied with it, the Customer may request a revision from its account: KinoEngine will rework it at no charge.

5. What the Customer provides

The Customer specifies its website and chooses the articles to be turned into videos; for product comparisons, it provides its links. The Customer warrants that it holds the rights to the texts, images, trademarks and links it provides, and that their content is lawful. The Customer shall indemnify and hold Seobooster harmless against any claim in this respect.

6. Production

The channel’s art direction is created at launch, at no extra cost. Videos are produced at the pace of the Customer’s plan, in the order chosen by the Customer. Figures quoted in the videos are checked against dated sources. The videos are for information purposes only and do not constitute personalized advice.

Revisions. Each video in the subscription includes three rounds of revisions. A round is a list of comments sent in one go from the Customer’s account (“Request a revision”). Revisions apply to the video as produced: wording, on-screen text, images, voice. A request that changes the article, the topic or the structure of the video counts as a new video under the plan. Substantive corrections (tone, vocabulary, language of on-screen text) are applied to the channel’s subsequent videos.

7. Publishing on YouTube

The Customer adds Seobooster as an editor of its channel in YouTube Studio. Seobooster uses this access solely to publish and edit the videos ordered, and never touches the Customer’s account or revenue. The Customer may remove this access at any time.

8. Ownership of the videos

The videos, thumbnails, texts and channel identity elements delivered to the Customer are assigned to the Customer for any use, without limitation as to duration or territory: upon delivery for the free video, and upon payment of the corresponding installment for subscription videos. Seobooster retains ownership of its tools, its production engine and its graphic libraries. No video is sold to another customer.

9. Prices, subscription and payment

The plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in US dollars:

Prices are all-inclusive: the amount displayed is the amount the Customer pays, and no tax is added on top. Subscriptions have no minimum term: they renew automatically every month, on the anniversary date of the subscription, until the Customer cancels. Each installment entitles the Customer to the number of videos in its plan for the one-month period it covers.

Payment is made online, by card, on the checkout page of our payment provider Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record, calculates any applicable sales taxes and issues the invoice. The Customer updates its payment method and downloads its invoices from its account, under “Manage my subscription”. If a payment fails, production may be suspended until payment is made. Card payment is the only payment method available to English-speaking customers.

In addition to the plans displayed, the Customer may build a custom plan by choosing the number of channels and the number of videos per channel; the monthly price is then calculated at the per-video volume rate displayed on the website, and the subscription is set at that exact amount.

10. Subscription guarantees

11. Cancellation

The subscription may be canceled at any time, from the first month, in one click from the Customer’s account (“Manage my subscription”). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the videos for that period remain due, and no further installment is charged. Videos already published remain the Customer’s property: Seobooster deletes nothing.

12. Liability

Seobooster’s obligation is one of means (reasonable efforts), not of result. No result in terms of audience, traffic, rankings or revenue is guaranteed. Decisions by YouTube and Google (search ranking, monetization, moderation) are outside Seobooster’s control. Seobooster’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer during the three months preceding the claim.

13. Personal data

The processing of the Customer’s data is described in the Privacy Policy below.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Mauritius.
